After sourcing our Machines they are then shipped to us where a complete machine inspection is then carried out before a work order is created. any overly worn parts are then replaced getting the machine back to 100% full working order, Each machine is then reassembled and retested to ensure optimal form and functionality. they are then ready to be shipped back to our gyms, rowing clubs and privatly owned customers dotted across the country.
With basic maintenance, Your Concept 2 is built to last for years, at your home with as little use as 1 hour a day & even with use by your clients for 15 hours a day. At evoflow, we are able to diagnose the issues with the machine and bring it back to like new operating capacity. Just like the automotive industry, we can cost effectively get these machines up and running again with all savings passed on to you, This also benefits the environment, leading to less of a waste of resources. Through our years of work and experience, we are able to provide quality Serviced C2 rowers, that can save a Gym, Rowing Club, Or Private owner alot of money. 12 Months Parts Warranty included with All Rowing Machines
New & Used Rowing Machines supplied by evoflow come with a 12 month parts warranty, effective from date of receipt by Buyer. any part that fails or wears out or is otherwise found to be defective in operation, will be replaced free of charge, including the cost of delivery to the Buyer. evoflow will provide all reasonable assistance to the Buyer to effect the replacement of such parts, including provision of verbal and written instructions, however the cost of visiting the buyer and labour costs are not included in the warranty.
f the equipment is returned to and collected from evoflow at the buyer's expense then labor costs will be provided free of charge.
the Performance Monitors on the used rowing machines are guaranteed against failure for 30 Days from date of receipt by Buyer. Brand new monitors supplied by evoflow are covered by 12 months warranty
warranty does not cover damage caused by breakages (e.g. broken screen) nor by leakage from batteries. evoflow recommend the use of good quality batteries in electronic equipment, which should be removed if the equipment is not to be used for any significant period.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item "unless its a rowing machine" must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
